These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of Kalyanothsava Matrimony (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and your relationship with us. By registering or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
1. Eligibility
a. You must be at least 18 years old to register. b. You must be Hindu and reside or be originally from Karnataka if that is part of your profile preferences.
2. User Accounts & Profile Information
a. You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date profile information. b. You must not impersonate anyone else or provide false/misleading information. c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Verification & Authenticity
a. We will attempt to verify user accounts through various means (ID verification, phone/email, etc.). b. We do not guarantee perfection—mistakes or deliberate misrepresentation may occur. Use your own judgment.
4. Usage Rules
a. You may search, browse, and contact other users within the rules/policies. b. You must not harass, abuse, defame, or otherwise harm other users. c. You must not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Fees & Payments (if applicable)
a. If there are any paid services (premium membership, messaging, highlighting profiles etc.), the fees, duration, renewal, refund policies will be clearly indicated. b. All payments are final once processed, except as required by law or special refund policies.
6. Termination / Suspension
a. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these T&C, misuse the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. b. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease; some data may persist as required for legal or business reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
a. All content, trademarks, graphics, software, etc., are owned by or licensed to us. b. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
a. We do not guarantee matches, nor do we guarantee the actions, behavior, or honesty of any user. b. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, except to the extent required by law.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
a. These T&C will be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka and India. b. Any disputes will be subject to mediation/arbitration or the courts in Karnataka.
10. Modifications We may revise these T&C at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
